These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Areust LLC regarding your access to and use of our video games, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or playing our games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY

• 1.2. Account Security: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Areust LLC is not liable for unauthorized access.
• 1.3. Privacy & Data Removal: To request data deletion, contact info@areust.com with your Player ID. Deletion is permanent.

2. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• 2.1. Grant of License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for non-commercial entertainment.
• 2.2. Proprietary Rights: All rights to the games, code, and art are owned by Areust LLC. You may not copy or reverse-engineer our Services.

3. VIRTUAL GOODS & CURRENCY

Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and transfers are final. You do not own these items; you have a license to use them.

4. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• 4.1. Platforms: Transactions are handled by Steam, Apple, or Google. Their terms apply.
• 4.2. Subscriptions: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal via platform settings.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree NOT to harass others, use cheats/hacks, distribute malware, or engage in unauthorized commercial activity. Violations result in bans.

6. USER CONTENT

If you upload content, you grant us a worldwide license to use it. You are responsible for your content.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. "AS IS" Basis: Services are provided without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free operation.
7.2. Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

8. HEALTH WARNING

Some users may experience seizures from flashing lights. Consult a doctor if you have epilepsy. Stop playing if you feel unwell.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 9.1. Updates: We may modify these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
• 9.2. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• 9.3. Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms.
